Lagrange LA airdrop status in 2026
Lagrange's token is no longer speculative. LA launched in June 2025 as the utility token for the Lagrange Prover Network, and the registration window for its initial community airdrop closed on 2 June 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. The Galxe quest described in the original article ended on 24 May 2024 and cannot now be completed for a retroactive allocation.
Eligible community members had to register between 28 May and 2 June 2025, choose one supported claim network, provide a compatible address and complete Privado ID Proof of Uniqueness. Lagrange warned that only the first registration by a person would qualify. The Foundation has not announced a reopening of that registration window, so a site offering “late LA eligibility” should be treated as a likely scam.

Can you still claim the Lagrange airdrop?
You cannot newly register for the 2025 community distribution. Lagrange required eligibility to be checked and registration to be completed before the deadline. If you registered at the time, use your own wallet history and official Foundation communications to confirm what happened to the allocation; do not connect to an unofficial recovery portal or pay anyone to “unlock” tokens.
The later Binance HODLer Airdrop was a separate exchange promotion, not an extension of Lagrange's community registration. Binance allocated 15 million LA—1.5% of the original one-billion supply—to eligible users who had subscribed BNB to specified Simple Earn or On-Chain Yields products during the 22–25 June 2025 snapshot period. It was distributed according to Binance's rules and cannot be earned after the snapshot.
Official LA token contract and supported chains
On Ethereum, the verified LA token contract is 0x0fc2a55d5BD13033f1ee0cdd11f60F7eFe66f467. Lagrange's launch registration allowed users to nominate several EVM networks or Solana, and its later starter guide described LA as multichain. A token using the LA ticker is not enough to establish authenticity: verify the exact network-specific contract through an official Lagrange or block-explorer link before swapping or bridging.
Never send tokens to the Ethereum address on another chain merely because the address format looks compatible. Use the Foundation's current bridge guidance and confirm both source and destination assets. Cross-chain transfers add smart-contract, messaging, liquidity and destination-chain risk.
How LA tokenomics work
The Foundation published an initial supply of one billion LA and a fixed 4% annual emission used to subsidise proof generation. Clients can pay proof fees in LA or assets such as ETH and USDC; when another asset is used, the design calls for LA to be bought and paid to provers. Provers also receive protocol emissions according to work performed.
LA holders do not earn fees or emissions simply by holding the token. The published model uses staking or delegation to direct incentives toward provers. At TGE, 19.3% of supply was scheduled to unlock: 5% from the community and ecosystem allocation, 4.3% from the Foundation allocation, plus other launch distributions shown in the Foundation's schedule. Early-contributor and investor tokens had a one-year cliff followed by two years of linear vesting, so supply can continue changing after June 2026.
LA staking: check the lock before depositing
In July 2025, the Foundation advertised a limited staking programme with a 1 million LA capacity, a fixed one-year lock and a 20% “expected APY.” That announcement described a capped, first-come programme—not a permanent guaranteed yield. Its quoted APY should not be presented as a current rate in 2026 without checking the live staking interface and terms.
Staking or future prover delegation can expose users to token-price volatility, smart-contract failures, illiquidity during a lock, validator performance and potential slashing. “Expected” is not the same as guaranteed, and an advertised token yield can still result in a loss measured in fiat currency.
What changed at Lagrange after the original guide?
- Organisation: Lagrange Foundation was established in May 2025 to administer and grow the network; Lagrange Labs remains a separate research-and-development organisation.
- Token: LA launched, replacing the original article's “potential airdrop” premise.
- Product focus: Lagrange expanded its work in verifiable AI through DeepProve, while the Prover Network remained the economic base described for LA.
- 2026 development: Lagrange Labs open-sourced DeepProve in June 2026 and later introduced Halo, a coordination engine for autonomous systems operating with hostile or unreliable networks.
- Old task status: the May 2024 Galxe and Basescan instructions below are historical and do not provide current airdrop eligibility.
- Link hygiene: the referral parameter was removed from the archived Galxe URL.

The original guide is preserved substantially as published. Its campaign deadline and pre-token assumptions are obsolete, so do not use the steps as a current claim strategy.
Lagrange is a company that specializes in enabling verifiable computation over blockchain data at scale, using their hyper-parallel ZK Coprocessor and State Committee products to support data-intensive and cross-chain applications. They have recently launched a Galxe quest where you can try out their ZK Coprocessor. However, you must do these tasks before 24th May 2024! As with other projects, there is a possibility this could be a task for a potential airdrop in the future! Here is our Lagrange token airdrop guide.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Lagrange LA airdrop still active?
No. Registration for Lagrange's initial community airdrop closed on 2 June 2025. The May 2024 Galxe quest and Binance's later June 2025 eligibility period have also ended.
Can I still register or claim LA?
You cannot newly register for the initial distribution. If you completed registration in 2025, check the registered wallet and official Lagrange Foundation records; do not use third-party “late claim” or recovery sites.
Did the 2024 Lagrange Galxe quest guarantee an airdrop?
No. The quest predated the token and was only a possible eligibility signal. The Foundation later checked eligibility during a separate registration process and did not state that completing one old quest guaranteed LA.
What is the LA token used for?
LA is used in the Lagrange Prover Network's proving economy. It can pay for proof generation, reward provers and be staked or delegated to direct protocol subsidies toward selected provers.
What is the official LA contract on Ethereum?
The verified Ethereum token contract is 0x0fc2a55d5BD13033f1ee0cdd11f60F7eFe66f467. Always verify the network and contract independently before transacting.
What is the total supply of LA?
The Foundation set an initial total supply of one billion LA with a fixed 4% annual emission allocated to prover subsidies. That emission means later supply should not be assumed to remain exactly one billion.
Does holding LA automatically earn rewards?
No. Lagrange explicitly says passive holders do not accrue proof fees or emissions. Earning under the network model requires participation such as staking or delegation and carries additional risks.
Does LA staking still pay 20% APY?
Do not assume so. The 20% figure came from a July 2025 announcement for a capped programme with a one-year lock and was described as expected, not guaranteed. Check the current interface and terms.
Was the Binance LA airdrop the same community airdrop?
No. Binance separately distributed 15 million LA to qualifying BNB product subscribers based on a June 2025 snapshot. It did not reopen the Foundation's community registration.
What are the main risks of buying or staking LA?
Risks include price volatility, supply emissions and vesting unlocks, smart-contract or bridge failures, staking lockups, prover underperformance, slashing and impersonation tokens or fake claim sites.
