JAIHOZ airdrop status in 2026
The JAIHOZ launch airdrop is complete. Ronin announced the token and initial distribution on 10 January 2025, saying tokens had been airdropped directly to more than 100,000 selected addresses across Ronin and Base. A second distribution on 24 January 2025 addressed a data discrepancy and staked NFTs. We found no current public claim page or new qualification campaign.

A page asking users to connect a wallet to “claim” the 2025 distribution is inconsistent with Ronin's launch description. Checking a public address on the relevant block explorers does not require a signature, token approval, deposit or seed phrase.
Official JAIHOZ contracts
JAIHOZ has official representations on two EVM networks:
Both use 18 decimals. The Ronin launch article published a total token supply of 1 billion and said Chainlink CCIP connected the two chains. Do not add the balances displayed by the two explorers and interpret them as two independent supplies; cross-chain designs can lock or release supply as tokens move between networks.
Confirm the destination network before transferring. Ronin and Base both use 0x-style addresses, so a wallet address alone does not tell you which chain is selected. Use the current official Ronin bridge interface and verify that JAIHOZ remains supported before attempting a cross-chain transfer.
Who received the original JAIHOZ airdrop?
Ronin said the launch distribution was split equally between selected Virtuals and Ronin ecosystem addresses. The published groups were:
- quality Virtuals ecosystem addresses holding agent tokens;
- RON stakers;
- Bronze, Silver and Gold members of the Ronin Guild on Guild.xyz;
- Mystic Axie holders;
- holders who minted and retained CyberKongz Genkai, Moki Genesis, Wild Forest Lords, Ragnarok: Monster World Genesis Tamer, Kaidro Spark Suits or Kaidro Pilots on Ronin;
- holders who bridged and retained Pixels Farm Lands, Pixels Pets, Forgotten Runiverse Watcher's Rings or Forgotten Runiverse Real Estate on Ronin; and
- the Ronin Protocol Treasury.
These are historical criteria. Acquiring any of those assets today cannot change an old snapshot. Eligibility also did not guarantee a specific value, and Ronin's launch comments show some community members reporting that an expected allocation was missing.
JAIHOZ snapshot-date discrepancy
Ronin's official launch article gives the Ronin ecosystem snapshot as 16 December 2024 at 23:59:59 GMT. The same article labels the Virtuals snapshot “8 Jan 2024 04:00:00 GMT,” even though the token launched in January 2025. That one-year mismatch is likely a typographical error, but Ronin has not corrected the text on the page, so we will not silently change it to 2025.
This matters because third-party guides sometimes repeat a corrected-looking 2025 date without explaining the source discrepancy. An address either received the on-chain transfer or did not; a guessed date should not be used to promise eligibility.
What happened in JAIHOZ airdrop round two?
Ronin reported a second completed distribution on 24 January 2025. It used roughly 2.1% of total supply left over from liquidity reserves to cover eligible community members missed because of a data discrepancy and NFTs held in staking contracts. Previous recipients were excluded from that round.
The reported round-two groups included eligible CyberKongz Genkai and Wild Forest Lords holders, plus holders of bridged Pixels Farm Lands, Pixels Pets, Forgotten Runiverse Watcher's Rings, Forgotten Runiverse Real Estate and certain Apeiron planets. It was another direct distribution, not an open-ended claim window.
How to check whether a wallet received JAIHOZ
- Copy the public wallet address used at the historical snapshot.
- Look it up on the Ronin explorer and BaseScan separately.
- Search ERC-20 transfers for the official JAIHOZ contract on each network.
- If a transfer exists but the wallet UI hides the balance, import the correct contract on the correct network.
- If no transfer exists, do not pay a recovery service or approve an unknown contract. There is no verified late-claim workflow.
What is jAIhoz?
jAIhoz is a Virtuals-powered AI persona inspired by Jeffrey “Jihoz” Zirlin, co-founder of Sky Mavis. Ronin described it as Jihoz's digital twin, designed to publish and interact on X. JAIHOZ is the associated crypto token, not an ownership share in Sky Mavis, Ronin or Virtuals Protocol.
The novelty of an AI-agent narrative does not remove token risks. JAIHOZ can be exposed to low liquidity, holder concentration, bridge or contract failures, copied tickers, declining development activity and extreme price volatility. Its one-billion published supply does not guarantee value.
