BULK Exchange Airdrop and AURA Points: 2026 Status

BULK is developing a Solana-based perpetual futures exchange with a validator-integrated execution layer. The project has progressed beyond the Discord-only stage described in our original November 2025 guide: its paper-trading product went live, a US$50,000 paper competition ended in May 2026, and the team announced Season 1 pre-deposits and “AURAmaxxing” on 1 June 2026. However, an AURA balance is not the same as a confirmed token allocation.

Paper competition	Ended. The official competition ran from 19 to 28 May 2026 using faucet assets, not real money, with a US$50,000 prize pool.
Discord roles	Contributor, OG or testnet roles may document early participation, but no official source says they guarantee an allocation.
Funding	BULK announced an US$8 million seed round led by Robot Ventures and 6th Man Ventures, with Wintermute Ventures, Mirana Ventures, Chapter One, Big Brain Holdings and Anatoly Yakovenko among the other participants named by the project.

Should you deposit to earn AURA?

Pre-depositing is different from using a faucet or earning a Discord role because it may put real assets at risk. BULK describes its architecture as self-custodial: deposits go to a Solana program and withdrawals require BULK network consensus plus a FROST threshold signature. The same security documentation says the Solana program's upgrade authority and network administration are currently controlled by separate 3-of-5 multisigs.

Those mechanisms are design protections, not a guarantee against loss. Smart-program bugs, validator or threshold-signing failures, upgrade and admin-key risk, withdrawal delays, oracle problems and future trading liquidations remain possible. Only use the official domain, verify every wallet transaction, test withdrawals with a small amount, and never deposit solely because an unofficial guide estimates a future token value.
